PICNIC SHELTERS
The Recreation District offers a variety of picnic shelters that may be reserved for special events like birthday parties, family reunions, or corporate functions. All large shelters have power, water, restrooms, and grills. Payment in full is due at time of reservation.
Small shelters that accommodate up to 35 are available at: Westside, Shoeless Joe Jackson, and Poinsett Park.

Fees: $45/ 9 am - 2 pm or 4 pm - 9 pm
$90/ all day

Large Shelters* that accommodate 36-200 are available at Westside,
Lakeside, East Riverside, Northside, Southside, Piney Mountain, Lincoln, and Pleasant Ridge Parks.

Fees: $75/ 9 am - 2 pm or 4 pm - 9 pm
$150/ all day

Facility use agreement must be completed at time of rental. Call 288-6470.

DEPOSIT POLICY
Picnic Shelters: Payment in full at time of reservation.
Birthday Parties: 50% is due at time of reservation.
Payment in full is due one week prior to party.
Facility Rentals: 50% due at time of reservation.
Payment in full is due one week prior to event.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of activity. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to activity, the fee may be credited to the user’s account and used at a later time, or a refund LESS a $15 processing fee will be given.

*Events that exceed 75 people require a special-events permit, additional restrictions apply. Call 288-6470.
