Special Notice

The Greenville County Recreation District will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 6:00 pm at Pleasant Ridge County Park, 4232 Highway 11, Cleveland, SC.  The purpose of the meeting is to hear public input on the change of land use for 30 acres of the park.  The new use is to operate a camp and retreat center.

The commissioners will also consider resolutions to authorize the purchase of 7.99 acres of land in Travelers Rest and 30.2 acres on Highway 25, in souther Greenville County.

Unless otherwise noted, the Board of Commissioners meets the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM at the Administrative Office, 4806 Old Spartanburg Rd., Taylors , SC.  The public is welcome to attend all meetings.
